CLEA provides a total solution for long-term disability (LTD) insurance and long-term care (LTC) coverage, both for individuals and groups.

CLEA payroll protection (LTD) covers 80% of pay (90% in certain situations), up to $7,500 or $9,500 per month dependant on which plan you choose. Catastrophic disabilities covered to 100% for up to 30 months, and personal-leave integration benefits offer a 100% benefit for the duration of your personal leave accrual. Highest Coverage
The CLEA disability plan will cover up to 100% of your pre-disability income (to a maximum of $7,500 or $9,500 per month) tax-free dependant on which plan chooses. Includes Cost of Living Benefits.
